Very impressed with the overall experience, was first acquainted through a costco quote, but then got a very competitive quote for American Standard and Chris was very knowledgeable and easy to talk with. The install team included Tyler, who was thorough, polite and professional, overall a very good experience. Looks like the organization has good culture across all aspects, you can't go wrong with this choice.

I had a problem with my pipes banging since December 2024. I had other plumbing Companies out to try and repair it. After several hundred dollars and plumbers giving up I looked on line and saw Solace. They did a fast and quick job on my A/C. So, I called and talked to Mike. He listened and sent Neil and Crystal out. They spent several hours and agreed it was a strange problem. They replaced a few valves and dampened the sound a lot, but took a day for it to come back. They asked me to call wether it fix the problem or not. Mike called and came by listening to the problem. He asked if they could try another fix. Neil and Crystal came back and put in a larger Pressure Reducer Valve and it's been several days and still no noise. I can't say enough about their customer service both A/C and plumbing. Not one time did they give up or say they had no clue, but still charging me several hundred dollars. They only did what any customer would want they treated it like it was their house and their problem. After letting them know it hadn't came back they still asked me to call next week to let them know personally how it was doing. GREAT COMPANY AND A GREAT TEAM OF PEOPLE from the receptionist to the mangers to the technicians. I've found an all in one company that I can count on.
