Our growing HVAC company is seeking a motivated and experienced customer service representative to join our team. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities of the position include:
- Answering phone calls and emails from clients to provide information on HVAC services
- Scheduling appointments for HVAC technicians and dispatching them accordingly
- Handling customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Providing exceptional service to our clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
Requirements for the position include:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the HVAC industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
