Easy to talk too . Great work

Lots of worries in the begging but Micheal Neal and Christy did such an amazing job. They were very clear and explained everything through out the entire process. We are so grateful to have had such a professional team ease our worries!

This company earned 5 stars from us, and we highly recommend. Very responsive and exceptional communication between Charli and Rebecca from call center/dispatch all the way through the repair process. Our technician (Alex) was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time to show me the problem after doing a thorough system check and gave me tips on keeping the system running. Solace was priced very fairly and had us up and running quickly. They even made the extra effort to follow the day afterwards to ensure we were good to go. 5-30-25 Everybody is Nice BUT I got a new AC unit installed this spring. I guess these guys are one of the best of the AC con artists! All these companies try to charge you as much as you are willing to pay. They installed a 3k system and charged 10k. They wanted to charge me 14-16k. All they say is how much do you want your monthly payments to be? Like mofos I don't care about that I care about rhe overall price!! The fact that they had 6-7k worth of labor and they didn't have proper tools for install and one of the workers had the audacity to say we should charge more made me laugh in their face. ALL AC companies have gone from being skilled to unskilled but charging top dollar. (Owner needs to set up a tool program for workers where if they have all tools needed they get a little more per hr. Also set up training spots in warehouse that workers can learn installs instead of on the customer's house) Sending someone to cut base boards with a box cutter is kind of funny. All in all the install seemed to turn out good. The manager/owner showed up to do some of the install. They did good work but also had newbie issues along the way like falling through ceiling. Poor sodering on connections. I just hope these guys did well enough that my unit last like it should. A new unit install and they already had concernes of freon for the unit. Update: 8-5-25 Looks like due to initial instal the air handler had to be replaced. It was making a bubbly noise every now and then. Josh came by and did a much better sodering job at the inside and outside unit. The unit seems to be running much better and sounding good. He seemed to be the most knowledgeable one so far. Hopefully this is the last issue and I survive much further past the 1 year warranty.

It was a 100 degrees or more and Michael and crystal worked on our hot water tank for quite a while. They were successful in fixing the problem. 2 amazing young people who never quit even though they were missing a part. Molly is so sweet and Nichole dry helpful. I would never use any other than solace plumbing and a/c. Thank you all.

We had a plumbing leak, solace was able to come out to help find the leak and quickly got it shut off. They were back the same week to run us a new line. Although it was after office hours, Solace office personnel returned my call and technicians were at my home early the next morning. Since then, they have become my go to team for all my air, plumbing and heating needs. Their technicians are punctual, professional and knowledgeable in their fields. Everyone, from the office personnel to the service technicians, are courteous and empathetic taking time to explain every detail. It is a comfort to have a trusted team to call upon.

Our A/C was struggling in the heat, Solace was able to send out a technician, Alex, who was great. He was able to calibrate the system and its now keeping us cool. We're glad to stay with Solace for our HVAC needs and appreciate the work done by Alex!

These guys were amazing all around. We had an HVAC issue and they were out the next day to check it out. We came up with a repair that was flexible and easy to understand. They installed everything the very next day. The technicians even fixed/corrected some other things they found that wasnt installed right with our other HVACs. Solace may not be the cheapest option, but they stand by their work and get it done right the first time.

Ive been having freon added to our system every year for a while now. I finally decided to get it diagnosed and gave Solace a call. Even in the middle of summer I was able to get a quick appointment. Josh Buckley came out and had found the leak in the first 10 minutes. He had a quote ready before he walked back in the door and fixed and running quick! I was happy enough to signup for their annual service so I can keep these units running as long as possible. Thanks again Josh and Solace!

They are the best at what they do

I cant say enough good things about my experience with Solace! The AC went out last night and I called them first thing this morning. The lady I spoke with on the phone was very sweet and was able to get me in the same day. Alex, the technician, was very friendly, knowledgeable and able to diagnose the issue and resolve it in a little under 2 hours. I would leave 10 stars but I cant so I guess 5 will have to do! So appreciative of your professionalism and promptness in this crazy summer heat!

Summer storms caused irreparable damage to our condenser and it needed to be replaced right in the hottest part of July. We called Solace for the first time because we were getting the runaround with our previous service. Not only did Ryan come out the same night after the issue was diagnosed, he walked us through the problem and gave us multiple solutions. Even though it was already late at night, he was able to get some volunteers to get our AC back running the next morning on a day when they wouldn't normally install! Excellent customer service all around. Shout out to Daniel and Landon for coming in on such short notice and working through the issue to get us out of the heat when we needed it most.

If a clogged drain can result in good experience I had one today. From the call to schedule an appointment the young lady was very professional, sounded concerned and wanted to help with my problem. We had a major HVAC issue. The Solice Team was amazing. They came out to get us through a very hot weekend, visited on a Saturday to discuss our options, and provided an excellent price (with no pressure). The following Monday, the work was scheduled. I was expecting it to take at least 2 days. The team stayed until 9 pm to make sure we didn't have to wait. The staff were professional, polite, hardworking, and well-organized.

Solace recently came to my house, did a complete inspection of my tankless hot water heater that was not operating. They assessed the damage, re-installed the new unit, and had me back up and running in less than 24 hours. I have been in the construction industry most of my life and have never had a better service experience than what we received from Solace. Conway services came out and couldn't unclog my sink. They even said they would have to replace pipes under the ground. Solace plumbing came out the next day. They were super professional and unclogged my sink in minutes.

Jeremy came and repaired our leak quickly. He was prompt, professional, and courteous. He explained the repairs and charges in detail. We would use this awe ice again.

I recently had a clogged sink drain and was concerned about getting it fixed. Ive had just back to back issues with work done on our house and expense after expense so when this happened it was just another thing to add to the long list of things weve been out money for. It had to be fixed though so I started my search for the best possible deal I could get to get this issue fixed thats when I happened to stumble on solace plumbing. There was a deal and coupon on their website and it was a great deal. The tech that came out (Jeremy) was punctual and got out sooner than expected. He also provided a courtesy call 30 min before he got here. He was extremely friendly and helpful and got the job done while also offering good advice on how to try to prevent even bigger issues going forward. I would highly recommend Jeremy and solace to anyone looking for help with their plumbing needs.

Drew does a top-notch job. His diligence, professionalism, and honesty on his 1st visit is why we switched to Solace HVAC. He stayed late and went above and beyond to fix our system. Im reviewing after our 2nd visit from Solace (same technician). He checked the HVAC units in the attic, gave clear feedback of his recommendations, and cleaned the blower units in the backyard (Memphis pollen!). So I put spaghetti down the garbage disposal and well clogged it good. After trying everything ourselves I Googled what to do and it said to call Solace. I did and Nick came out. He was wonderful and came in and actually asked me what was going on. He listened to me and went to work. He cleared the clogged drain and even tightened a few things my husband did not get tight enough. He kept to the coupon price and did not try to up sale me. He did not use scare tactics to make me spend more. Google got it right. I will definitely call again when I do something else stupid.

Jerrod and Nick did an outstanding job. They were right on time and three hours later they were finished. They were professional and covered our carpets and carpets on the stairs and did not spill one drop of water. The new water heater looks great even though were the only ones that will ever see it. Its never fun to have to call a plumber. But if you have to, give Solace a call. The first thing youll probably notice is how professional they are when answering the phone. They dont act like you are a bother. They are very friendly and polite. They were able to book me an appointment same day. The second thing you may notice is that they are very good communicators. I was receiving text updates confirming appointment times and texts from the plumbers when they were on the way. Nick was the first on the scene. Super professional and thorough. He assessed the situation quickly and efficiently. This was a big job, so luckily they offered financing which was very quick. Nathan and Caleb did the repair work. Both of them were great at getting the job done. They took the time to answer all my dumb questions with a great attitude. Today Nick and Jerrod dropped by to finish the work. Again, super professional and respectful. All of these guys handled themselves as if they owned the company! These are just plain good every day folk. I was extremely pleased with Jeremy and Nathan. Their knowledge and their ability to stay "time" conscientious was excellent. I had 2 different issues/services and they both were completed very professionally. I will recommend Solace to all my friends and family. Your customer service also was above reproach. We had two tankless hot water heaters installed by the team at Solace Heating & Air a few weeks ago. Michael and his entire team removed all 4 of our old units, cleaned up immaculately after themselves, and installed the new tankless units without disrupting anything in our daily/nightly routines with using our hot water and having 5 people. Our family loves the unlimited hot water that the new tankless units now provide to us. Furthermore, the customer service Solace provided with finding the proper roof shingles for the covering of the old vent roof holes shows that they really care about their customers. I will use Solace for all future plumbing projects and maintenance. I highly recommend them. Update: We had Solace come out to our workplace and replace an old toilet and standing urinal. As is always with Solace, they provided great customer service, cleaned up well after their work was finished, and completed this all in a timely fashion for our workplace.

We used Solace for a small drain clog issue and were very impressed. Their dispatcher was very kind and helpful and put a coupon they had running on our account. We received a text confirmation of the appointment the day before, a text day of with a photo of the tech who was coming to our home, and he gave a 30 min heads up call. The tech was very punctual, clean, polite, fixed our issue quickly and cleaned up thoroughly, then explained next steps if anything further arises, but was not pushy and it didnt feel like a sales call. Other companies in town have been far too pushy with the sales aspect, so it was appreciated that we felt we got good info without being oversold on additional services. We will definitely use Solace in the future (but hope we dont need to!).

I truly could not have asked for a better customer experience. I called Solace on a Sunday evening and they came out within the hour and diagnosed the problem. The piece (which was unique) they had, and it was replaced the very next morning. I personally want to thank Oscar Gruber for taking such good care of us. I have called Solace three times in the past year for different work. On each occasion they responded promptly and did their work professionally, taking time to explain repairs and answer questions.

Technician Bobby Cleveland inspected our floor furnace. He was thorough.He figured out the possible problem and explained the problem where we could understand. Bobby ordered the part and returned in a couple of days and completed the job. We are pleased with his work.

Since the review they contacted us and rectified the situation. All holes are patched. They were quick to respond and correct the problems that I had. They are not lacking in customer communication. They are excellent at that. However their people that do the quotes for customers need to put better notes in what needs to be done so the technicians understand what the customer is asking for. They did do excellent work other than miscommunication from the person who wrote the quote. While the new pipes they put in are much better than the old ones and they ran a gas pipe for a tankless water heater there were still problems with the company. They moved the main shutoff to inside the house. Not only did they drill unnecessary holes in my closet floor they cut a hole on the opposite wall the main shutoff off was going on. Now I have a giant hole in my back closet wall, four holes through my main floor in my closet, and a hole where the main shutoff is. We were told this would all be fixed in September and here it is December and I still have these holes. They also cut a hole for my water line to my refrigerator way too big so now that is an isore in the house. They say one thing and do another and B never knows what A said. It was a mess. My husband also had to stay on top of them until they finished the job. They were also supposed to leave us with a working bathroom the first night and that did not happen. My mother is disabled and we told them that was one thing we needed so they had to come back to get that done. We asked that one toilet and one sink be working. They originally left us with 2 sinks working. From a consumer point of view this is not they way to do business.

Great communication, they let you know when the technician is on the way with a picture. Every one of the technicians I have had contact with has been so nice and they really know what they are doing. The office staff is always pleasant. Completely new heating and cooling system installed in one day. I think they are great.

The team of Crystal and Neal are fantastic. They explain what needs to be done and will answer any questions that you have. Very honest and will not try to upsell. Years of experience between the two of them. I have been very pleased with their service. I will contact them again in the future if I need plumbing work completed.

Kein and Jesse came to our house to service our air filters and install two new wifi thermostats. They were very professional and courteous. The thermostats were up and running and connected to our phones in a short amount of time. We were very pleased with their service.
