On June 28th, we had a part to fail on our air conditioner. Our Solace tech was Daniel Horyza who serviced our unit on June 29. Daniel was very thorough and explained to our satisfaction, any questions that me and my wife had. It was easy to see that Daniel took pride in his work and was a dedicated HVAC service tech. The water heater died after almost 12 years of service. Sam and Davion came through on time, quick, and professionally. Took them 2 hours to swap water heaters from the time they pulled up in the driveway to the time they pulled off. No mess was left. I would recommend them again. Reasonable rates for the work.

Emergency service needed for leaking water pipe. Luckily I called Solace! Michael arrived within an hour and quickly identified the leaking pipe. Though Michael had to leave but Sam and Davion arrived shortly afterwards and had the repair made very quickly! From the receptionist, to Michael and both Sam and Davion, all were friendly, professional, and did an outstanding job! I don't give recommendations lightly, but I highly recommend Solace should you unfortunately need any plumbing repairs. Thanks guys!!!

Memphis crew is absolutely great Conner is your go to man and he can take care of everything and he does it quickly. The quote was very competitive, but the most impressive part of the organization is the team and their transparency. His colleagues that worked on replacing my air conditioning unit were very polite and attentive to detail and on time They take pictures of everything they do and submit that with your quote so theres no mystery. Theyre happy to answer all the questions. On your scheduled date they send you an advanced text with a picture of the technician thats coming as well as his bio. Youd be wasting your time to try and find a better HVAC company.

Had an amazing experience with Trey McGovern on 6/16/26. Trey was very professional and completely thorough during the maintenance service in my home. He took the time to explain everything to me and allowed me to ask questions to ensure my complete understanding of the entire process. From now on I will request Trey for all future Solace service and maintenance needs for the HVAC in my home.

I want to thank Trey for coming out and checking my AC unit for my biannual maintenance check. He did a great job cleaning the compressor outside. He then came back later that week and replaced my AC filter for me(we did not have one for the size I needed). He noticed my attic was covered with roofing debris from my new roof being put on last year. He asked for a broom and a dust pan, and he cleaned my floors in my attic AND my hallway where roof debris fell into my house when he went up into the attic to help me (I am older and cannot climb into the attic). I REALLY appreciated him going above and beyond to help me. Top notch service from Trey!!!! Thank you so much!!!!

Alex was a big help getting our air back working at my mom's, I usually try to keep up with all her house maintenance, but while taking care of my own house, I neglected her outside unit a little bit. Thanks to Alex, he informed me about the yearly cleaning that the outside units tend to need. I had forgotten and been so caught up with life and these kids, that I forgot. He put on booties upon entering my home without prompting. He gets kudos for that! I would have rated higher had the 5-hour service window not been missed.

The technician arrived within the stated window of time and called when he was on his way. He was very polite and knowledgeable and did a great job and fixed my problem! I had a crazy spraying water faucet on the outside of my house that he repaired and replaced and then he fixed an issue with my upstairs shower.

The contact center and office staff were very courteous and understanding, got an appointment during the timeframe I needed. The service tech, Oscar, was phenomenal. He was knowledgeable, helpful and ultimately, resolved my issue. He was also timely, which was appreciated.

Called and scheduled our service change of season HVAC SYSTEM maintenance. Trey our mechanic showed up on time presented himself in a professional manner. Looked at our system and came back and made the suggestions that needed to be taken care of. The one that impress my wife and I was to move the filter system to the return duct from the unit itself. His reasoning for doing this was at our age it was to difficult to get to the filter on the unit because of how it had been installed. Very knowledgeable and friendly

I had a great experience with Kobe Taylor (plumber) from Solace. He was very professional, took his time, and made sure to properly diagnose the problem instead of rushing through it. He found the issue quickly and fixed it with ease. He also took a look at my hot water heater and gave me some really helpful advice, which I appreciated. Its clear he knows what hes doing and takes pride in his work. Solace definitely has a great plumber on their teamif you use them, I highly recommend asking for Kobe!

Fast service great tech

Sam and Daveon scoped, cleaned and rebuilt some shoddy plumbing only to find that I also need to replace my main line. They were timely and professional, and walked me through all their findings and photos. Looking forward to meeting their boss on Monday.

Solace always gives great service! Alex was great at doing our annual summer tune up. He was on time, courteous and efficient, taking his time to make sure everything is ready for the summer heat.

We had a technician come out to troubleshoot an AC issue. Ended up a few days later having to call back because it still wasnt resolved. Im giving Alex a 5 star review because of his expertise and knowledge. He figured out the problem quickly and even made sure our other unit didnt have the same problem. Alex is the way to go.

After the harsh winter, the drain in our lake was clogged and the rains and melting snow and ice caused the lake to swell. I reached out to Michael at Solace in Barlett. He proved to be knowledgeable and capable. He immediately got his team on the task. His price was affordable and competitive. The drain was hydro jetted. It looks beautiful again. We could not have asked for more.

The team was wonderful very knowledgeable and polite. Oscar the 1st technician very through and discovered a carbon dioxide leak and gave me several options and I choose to replace my 15 year old unit. Oscar set up appt with Ryan in sales and Ryan came out with in the hour and I choose to replace both heat & ac units since both were 15 yrs old. The next day the install team came Daniel and his crew were GREAT I'm sorry if I don't remember everyone name I think it was Matt, Landon & Josh. A GREAT bunch of talented and courteous young men

I highly recommend! everything was quick, easy and explained in depth. First call, Molly made sure she took care of me, she made sure it was easy to make an appointment. The first technician that came out to assess the situation was very straight forward and honest. I called on a Wednesday fully expecting to hear bad news about my furnace. As expected I ended up having to have it replaced. It was late into the night, I didnt feel rushed at all! By the next day they replaced my entire central air/ heat unit. Landon, Daniel and Matthew moved quickly and efficiently. Im pleased to say they did amazing ensuring I had heat before this recent snow storm and Im grateful! I had a gas furnace installed by another heating and air company, last year done a very shoddy very i say .and would not correct the problem. I called solace heating and cooling .they diagnosed what the problem was.and fixed it the same day.were very professional throughout the whole process.
