Nick and Mathew did a wonderful job.

Had some water and moisture show up underneath a base board behind a toilet and had Solace come out to take a look. They were quick to respond and accommodate me on short notice before Thanksgiving. They do have a service/diagnostic fee that is higher than Ive come across with other companies but with it being right before Thanksgiving most other companies couldnt come out until the following week and the service fee usually gets applied or waived if you move forward with the repair so I didnt mind too much as I didnt want the issue to linger for that long. Had an initial tech/plumber come out to take a look but in that experience the root cause of the issue was not found or determined. I know the tech was probably trying not to have us rack up unnecessary charges especially if it didnt fix the issue like cutting into the wall or moving and resetting a toilet but I felt like it kind of held him back from really looking for the root cause. I ended up cutting into the wall to save on that charge as we could not see any root cause visibly. Even after I opened it up the tech couldnt determine the exact cause. So at this point I wasnt sure what to do next. He offered some solution quotes but its hard to pull the trigger without fully knowing the issue. It just felt like an underwhelming experience and nothing was solved. So later I called Solace back and explained my experience and what I was feeling. Without hesitation they offered to send out another tech to do a second opinion at no extra charge same day to make sure I get a resolution and that Im satisfied. Second tech came out and this experience was much better as he was able to find the issue and fix it in less than an hour. Turns it was a slow leak/drip coming from toilet water line at the shut off valve connection behind the wall. I appreciate Solace for taking customer service very seriously. They really try to bend over backwards and go above and beyond to help and take care of their customers. My costs ended up being pretty reasonable but with the initial experience that Solace wanted to make up for it. Not sure how costs would have been if things were smooth from the get go. So to sum up Solace is a great company to go with any plumbing issues you may have. Their service fee is high but you will definitely get top notch customer service. You can reach out to them with any concerns or issues and they will do everything they can to make it right. I would definitely give them another try.

Quick response, friendly & efficient!

We had a leak somewhere in our water pipes that was costing us big time for water. I contacted Solace and they were out right away. Jarrod Napper was the tech they sent out and after checking our home and yard thoroughly he said the leak was most likely in a pipe somewhere in the yard. He set us up with a service that could detect water leaks under floors and underground and they did find the leak! Thankfully it was in the front yard so no damage to our home. Jerrod came back out two days later and fixed the pipe; he was very thorough and explained everything very well. I would totally recommend Solace and Jerrod Napper if you have any plumbing issues!

Dealt with four of the staff-one estimator, one supervisor and two installers. All were pleasant , knowledgable, prompt and neat. Unfortunately had to replace two 3-ton furnaces, which was done the next day. I had been a little suspicious, thinking maybe the old ones could be repaired, but they carefully explained, and showed me why that was impracticable. Furnaces were over 30 years old and repairs would only be guaranteed for a year whereas new furnaces have 10 year warranty and the total cost is only $1,000 more than repair. Found every aspect of this company to be impressive

I had a water leak at my well and the leak was under a concrete floor. I had spoken with Michael Claunch and an appointment was set up for Tuesday 9/23 for evaluation and a quote was sent. The price on the quote was good and Michael Claunch and his crew came last Friday 9/26 and did the repair. Excellent work

Giving 4 instead of 5 stars as a result of a new hot water heater installed in my attic. While Matt and Nick did a really good job under extreme conditions (it was at least a 110 degrees in my attic that day), my rating is due to a lack of communication after the sale, which resulted in me paying a roofer out of pocket to reattach flashing and shingles that were (understandably) dislodged when the roof vent pipe was installed. I spoke with Solace a couple of times and was told I would be called when the roofer was scheduled to make the repairs. However, after roughly 10 days and two light rain events during which I was on pins and needles the whole time, I was never called. With a heavy rain forecast for the next two days, and with no word from the company, I decided I could not take the risk of suffering thousands of dollars in water damaged and therefore, made the sensible decision to have the repairs done at my own expense. Note: the following day after the repairs were made, the Solace roofer did show up at 7AM without notice. But obviously at that point he wasn't needed. I genuinely like this company and was never upset, just disappointed in the lack of urgency and communication in what could have had a catastrophic impact on my house. Having said all of that, I would still recommend their service. George Trotter

I highly recommend Solace. I had a contractor schedule me, however day of they no showed and never had me in the system. I contacted Solace same day and they got a technician out right away. Appears to be a good job. They were able to come a day early, let us know when they were on the way and completed the job. We had a kitchen faucet, dishwasher and disposal reconnected after remodeling.

We called Solace in the morning after noticing what wound up being a pinhole leak in the middle of the night, behind drywall. Our plumber, Michael, was out quick, located the leak, and had the pipe repaired in about an hour. We couldnt be happier.

We have some plumbing issues and a possible leak in one of our pipes. Michael A. came out and thoroughly diagnosed the problem. He was very communicative and helped us come up with a plan of action to figure out the problem. He returned a few days later with a larger crew and they ran the appropriate tests to get us the information we needed. Everyone on the crew was knowledgable, efficient, polite, and communicated clearly and effectively. This was our first experience with Solace Plumbing and we plan to use them again in the future.

Solace plumbing work was excellent!! They were quick and clean. Jarrod Napper gave me a direct description of what the problem was, Michael Alberson sat down with me and my wife and let us know exactly what they were going to do and offered direct cost options that gave us a sense of comfort with their work. Crysal and Mike performed their jobs with crafted care and treated us like family. They rerouted my drain lines and their work was done in a timely manner and we were never left without. I recommend them to all of my friends and family. They took every precautionary option in order not to destroy my new floors inside my home and it all worked out.

I used to do all plumbing/HVAC with different company in Memphis but lately, they've been misquoting me and not fully doing the work correctly...so I decided to give Solace a call. My Air Conditioning failed this afternoon (Sunday, 08.17.2025.) One of the hottest days of the year with the humidity off the charts and my wife being disabled and on oxygen had to be repaired today. I called 7 different HVAC companies and they all had availability issues and could not make today with the exception of Solace and Choates. Both, without making promises, said they could promise tomorrow but would try to work me in today if possible. Soon after Solace called and sent a technician to my home. Thank GOD it was just an inexpensive part but it was fixed in no time and with a very fair price. The technician (Josh Buckley) was as professional and polite as he could have been. Solace has earned a customer from now on. He met all our needs and exceeded all of our expectations.

They repiped our whole house with very little distribution to our life. The quote was very reasonablefor what it included (sheet rock repair and paint after was included!). Neal, crystal and the crew were amazing. They showed up when they said they would, completed the job within the time frame they said they would and followed up within a week to check and make sure everything was still going great. I would recommend them for any plumbing needs!!

Neal and Crystal came out to our home very promptly for a terrible water issue affecting our upstairs bath and foyer. They diagnosed the issue and resolved it within 30 min. 5-30-25 Everybody is Nice BUT I got a new AC unit installed this spring. I guess these guys are one of the best of the AC con artists! All these companies try to charge you as much as you are willing to pay. They installed a 3k system and charged 10k. They wanted to charge me 14-16k. All they say is how much do you want your monthly payments to be? Like mofos I don't care about that I care about rhe overall price!! The fact that they had 6-7k worth of labor and they didn't have proper tools for install and one of the workers had the audacity to say we should charge more made me laugh in their face. ALL AC companies have gone from being skilled to unskilled but charging top dollar. (Owner needs to set up a tool program for workers where if they have all tools needed they get a little more per hr. Also set up training spots in warehouse that workers can learn installs instead of on the customer's house) Sending someone to cut base boards with a box cutter is kind of funny. All in all the install seemed to turn out good. The manager/owner showed up to do some of the install. They did good work but also had newbie issues along the way like falling through ceiling. Poor sodering on connections. I just hope these guys did well enough that my unit last like it should. A new unit install and they already had concernes of freon for the unit. Update: 8-5-25 Looks like due to initial instal the air handler had to be replaced. It was making a bubbly noise every now and then. Josh came by and did a much better sodering job at the inside and outside unit. The unit seems to be running much better and sounding good. He seemed to be the most knowledgeable one so far. Hopefully this is the last issue and I survive much further past the 1 year warranty.

It was a 100 degrees or more and Michael and crystal worked on our hot water tank for quite a while. They were successful in fixing the problem. 2 amazing young people who never quit even though they were missing a part. Molly is so sweet and Nichole dry helpful. I would never use any other than solace plumbing and a/c. Thank you all.

Our A/C was struggling in the heat, Solace was able to send out a technician, Alex, who was great. He was able to calibrate the system and its now keeping us cool. We're glad to stay with Solace for our HVAC needs and appreciate the work done by Alex!

These guys were amazing all around. We had an HVAC issue and they were out the next day to check it out. We came up with a repair that was flexible and easy to understand. They installed everything the very next day. The technicians even fixed/corrected some other things they found that wasnt installed right with our other HVACs. Solace may not be the cheapest option, but they stand by their work and get it done right the first time.

The HVAC service industry is not for the faint of heart. Its physically demanding, can have long hours, and all while giving VIP customer service. I highly recommend Solace Plumbing, Heating & Air. Ive been having freon added to our system every year for a while now. I finally decided to get it diagnosed and gave Solace a call. Even in the middle of summer I was able to get a quick appointment. Josh Buckley came out and had found the leak in the first 10 minutes. He had a quote ready before he walked back in the door and fixed and running quick! I was happy enough to signup for their annual service so I can keep these units running as long as possible. Thanks again Josh and Solace!

They are the best at what they do

I cant say enough good things about my experience with Solace! The AC went out last night and I called them first thing this morning. The lady I spoke with on the phone was very sweet and was able to get me in the same day. Alex, the technician, was very friendly, knowledgeable and able to diagnose the issue and resolve it in a little under 2 hours. I would leave 10 stars but I cant so I guess 5 will have to do! So appreciative of your professionalism and promptness in this crazy summer heat!
